Your crab cakes arrive with complete–and very simple–heating instructions. Because all the ingredients are fully cooked, the crab cakes only require a brief warm up under the broiler or in a saute pan. If you’re not ready to eat them right away, they may be frozen and will keep up to 6-8 weeks
Each crab cake is 6.5oz and contains no raw egg
